Upon receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. After the package is dispatched, we will send you an email with a delivery reference number (tracking number). By placing the order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the courier service.
We are not liable for goods that are damaged due to extended delivery times caused by the customer’s absence or refusal to accept the delivery.
If the buyer opts not to purchase the recommended shipment insurance, they assume full responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods caused by the courier, and thereby forfeit the right to a refund for the ordered items.
The insurance cost is calculated based on the total value of the goods at the time of checkout.
If the buyer purchases the recommended shipment insurance, the goods will be insured for their full value, and in the event of loss or damage, the buyer will receive a full refund.
