Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, the processing is divided into several stages, including order processing, preparation and packing, and subsequent pickup by the courier for delivery to your address. The timeline for this process varies from order processing to delivery.

Delivery of the parcel itself takes 1 business day from the moment the package is picked up from the store, not from when your order is placed. Packages are processed sequentially and individually.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of your order based on the weight of the ordered goods and the delivery location. Shipping starts from £10, and we use ParcelForce delivery services. If necessary, we may individually send your package via Royal Mail based on the contents of the shipment, and any difference in shipping costs will be refunded to you.

We deliver to England, Wales, and Scotland. For delivery to other areas of the United Kingdom, please contact us in advance. Shipments are dispatched via external courier companies.

The maximum weight for a single order is 32 kg. If the weight exceeds this limit, we will divide your package into multiple smaller shipments.

Information for shoppers

After receiving your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Once the package is dispatched, we will send you an email with the delivery reference number (tracking number).

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the courier company's terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for goods damaged due to extended delivery times caused by the customer's absence at the time of delivery.
